In my own case the doctor and nurses are everything I could wish.
They are pleasant and do not rush you even though they may be running late. They answer everything. I can't think of anything that could be improved and I always leave the surgery happy.

The treatment we receive at the Apples surgery by Dr and staff is of a very high standard.
We won't be going anywhere else.

I never feel rushed, always listened to, referred when required.
The only thing which could be improved is the waiting area!
